Talking to a Stranger

There must be some reason
Why I cannot speak to you
I can look at your pretty face
But my mouth doesn't know what to do

I can think of things to say
And concoct ways to work them out
But I can't even approach you
To discover what you're about

There is no comfort zone
There is no good time to try
I can't manipulate situations
When am I supposed to say hi?

Make circumstances my own
Stop thinking things will be weird
Take uncertainty and make it confidence
And get rid of every fear
